This would have been a five star review but for the last 24 hours or so that I was there. I needed to extend my trip by one more day. The person I asked at the front desk told me I had to reserve an additional day through Expedia since that's where my original reservation was. The next morning, when I went to do the whole check out/check in process for this new reservation, the lady helping me said that she could have scheduled the extra day and taken care of the recheck in/out process so I wouldn't have had to take all these steps. The person the night before seemed to not want to be bothered with it and this new information confirmed that.
The morning person who was checking me on for that last night was training someone new and was very condescending to this older employee. As she was explaining steps to her, she kept saying, "Are you listening to me?" and telling her to pay attention. When the process was complete, she petted her head like a dog and said, "Good girl!" It was really awkward.
At the end of the visit, when I was getting ready to check out, I like to put all the towels, garbage bags, and used bedding in piles to make it easier for housekeeping. When I stripped the bed, the pillows had layers of pillow cases on them. I'm assuming they just did this to save time because the cases underneath did not look clean and one of them had a blood stain on it. I was so disgusted that I had just spent a week sleeping on those pillows.
