Do yourself a favor and keep driving past
I hate to do this, but this hotel was so bad i feel i need to warn others. First off, the door locks werent working, so each time we left the room, we had to go to the front desk and wait 20-45 mins for the desk clerk to free up time to go unlock our door with a master key. It was a few days after a hurricane, so ill try and ket that slide- but the non smooking room reaked so bad, the room was so humid the sheets were almost dripping water, the bathroom was disgusting, tub,walls,ceilings discolored from mold and oeeling paint. No internet or tv. The room was so bad we chose to go back to our hurricane flooded condo over trying to stay here. And to top it off, when they saw us load our own personal blankets that we had returned hone to get as the provided ones smelled so bad- the accused us of taking thier blankets. I had to lead them into the room to show them thier blankets were still rolled up and left as we found them. 5 other people were in line complaining for various other issues as i was leaving. This is my first ever poor review left of anything, it was that bad. By far the worst hotel experience of my life, from the accommodations to the customer service. - they did issue a refund for my 2nd unused night though, in all fairness i want to state that fact.

Emergency stay only
The service provided at the front desk was good but that’s about all that was good with the stay. The first issue was that my door key didn’t work and I had to go to the front desk every time I wanted to get back into my room. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. When I brought that to the attention of the front desk, they just said “I’m sorry to hear that “. The bottom line is that that this is a seedy place with sketchy customers. I couldn’t afford anything else when my house flooded, so it worked out for that.

It’s so gross the roaches don’t even want to stay
The TV didn’t work all I got was static. The room is noisy from people outside standing and talking, and the people in the pool that was out there from 11am to 9pm. The bed was a spring mattress and it was very uncomfortable. The tub was really dirty and there was some kind of mold on the shower curtain that was orange. This room was really horrible and I would never stay here again. Also to add my daughter got another room on the first floor and she had to get a new key card 3 times because it didn't work. There were holes in the walls and there wasn’t a microwave in the first fooor room. The ac worked well but the ac filters look like they haven’t been changed in years. Would never stay here again.

Well booked a room and started off they gave me the wrong room with a person already in it . Then I had to go up to the front desk and they had to get a manager so we got that fixed then the keys wouldn’t work like wth we finally got in the room no blanket on bed accept one and it wasn’t even a king size blanket maybe a twin then no phones in the room to call front desk so had to walk over there to ask for another blank same size twin so do not go there

I want live a good review I am in business but the property is unsafe. If you have children please check it out before and also if you are vilunarable. Them could not get my money back. Although I love Expedia the non having a live operator really was not good. I appreciate Expedia it's easy up use love the pet friendly gesture but I really would think about live operators especially for emergencies. I stood in my mold hole for the hurricane then chance that. Front desk said they canceled because I chose not to stay will spare both of us the details. I am glad I had my place that could went back to flerp. Not a good experience but uee Expedia thru the storm is really helpful until this hotel with thos experience.

We checked in around 300 and we left before 5 because we kept seeing bugs in our room and after 1 fell from the ceiling to the bed we left immediately.

I had to evacuate due to hurricane Helene. There was not much to choose from, everything was getting booked up. This was the closest so I figured it couldn't be that bad. First of all, the pictures ARE NOT CURRENT. There are people living there with, I believe it's called, vouchers. This place is nasty, dirty and roach infested. We lost power, no fault of the hotel of course, but it allowed smells that the air conditioner was hiding to permeate the air. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I had springs poking me through the mattress. The bath tub edge was burned in several places, I'm not sure what caused the burn marks. They could offer a free room and I would not ever stay there again. People roam the parking lot at all hours and residents there have no consideration of those around them. They don't care how loud they or their music is. Do not stay at this place, you would be better off sleeping in your car.
