Whether you are on a business, family or solo trip, Top Rentals Downtown is located close to the main attractions of Buenos Aires, CABA. You are on a walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants, even if you arrive late at night. An excellent value option in the center of BA
This hotel is very well located right in the center, close to Florida Street and Palacio Guemes for good shopping, near some excellent restaurants, etc. I stayed here two nights and the room was large, extremely clean and very comfortable. There is a small but adequate gym in the first floor. Check in was smooth and the app allows for keyless entry without any issues. The room had a small kitchenette which was perfect for bringing takeout back to eat in. The bathroom was very clean. The room was very quiet. The view was nothing exciting but the huge windows let lots of light in. I'm really happy I stayed here and would definitely do so again. You get a great value for price at this accommodation.

Great location and view, quiet and fairly clean. Was not aware of the “no turn down” policy for under 5 night stays… also key use from app was frustrating because it didn’t work well.
