True 5-star experience
Hotel is located about 15 minutes outside of Phuket downtown just by the beach Khad. A very beautiful bay with the sun setting on the other side.
The hotel is in very good condition and have the amenities one could ask for. For instance very nice pool area. What makes this hotel so special is the staff and the food here.
The staff is super friendly and reminds us of how genuinely friendly Thai people were back in the days. Always an honest smile always willing to go the extra mile. See examples lower down in review.
Also the food here is amazing! No wonder they have had Michelin star every year since 2019. We also took a Thai-cooking-class held by their executive chef and their restaurant manager as interpreter. Highly recommend it!
We flew a drone over the bay that without reason just fell from the sky and sunk.
Staff directly offered to help to dive for it at last given coordinates. Sadly we didn’t find it due to to deep water.
Despite us leaving for home they will still make effort from hotel to try to recover it. Next week lowest tide fishermen-friends will cast nets with weights to try and fish it up. If that doesn’t work they offered to reach out to scuba divers and try to recover it.
If you are going to Phuket and want a great time and relax this is the place. Maybe not the best beach, but still okey.
A special thanks to Pen, head of restaurant, an Nook, who helped us search for our drone. But in fact the whole staff is amazing!
