THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Was there for 5 minutes before leaving to stay somewhere else. It was absolutely disgusting, rude staff, no beach, no restaurants, no wifi, no hot water, no ac. DO NOT STAY HERE

Don't stay here. Save your money.
The hotel is a scam. Do not stay here. Save your money and go somewhere better. The biggest issue with this hotel is half the things on the listing are a lie and the photos barely resemble what you actually get. The listing states the hotel has "a private beach". It does not. The staff simply tell you to "wander down to the beach and buy a few drinks at the beach clubs of other hotels and (those other hotels) will probably let you stay". There were 2 pools, however one was green with algae and unusable the other was okay but small (on a rooftop) with no sun shade. There was no spa. The restaurants and bars are just ones that happen to be around the area, not ones exclusively for the hotel. The rooms were cheap with heavily damaged furniture. The bed was listed as a queen. It was a double and a stained mattress from the what looked like the 1980s. There was a kitchen, but no kitchenware. The shower and sink faucets were all heavily rusted around the outsides of the metal pipes / faucets, and the water smelled like it was salty (likely causing the corrosion). The doorhandle to our room was barely attached (missing crews) and not functioning correctly. The front desk sent a maintenance guy, who took a look, told us he would be back shortly, and never returned. The breakfast was okay (and the only decent part of the whole experience). Luckily we were only here for a night. I'd be devastated if I'd paid for a week in Punta Cana and ended up with such awful accomodation.

As imagens não condizem com o local! Chegando, ficamos assustados. Hotel sem manutenção, limpeza terrível, funcionários não apoiam em praticamente nada, com excessão de uma recepcionista. O café da manhã é servido por uma lanchonete ao lado, única coisa boa! Não aluguem!

Definitely not a good choice. Luckily it was only for one night. Entertainment and food choices around the hotel is awesome. I enjoyed the area but the accommodations are deceiving. It’s a $50 room at best

Horrível.
Péssimo! Já havia visto alguns comentários mas pelas Fotos preferimos viver para ver. Resumindo, entramos no dia 16 às 15:00 e no mesmo dia às 20:00 estava saindo e indo para outro hotel. Acredito que quando se oferece um estabelecimento para turismo, deve-se levar em consideração conforto e bem estar dos hóspedes, o que não teve em nenhum momento. Recepção do outro lado da rua e de um outro hotel. Difícil conseguir informação. Região repleta de pedintes nas ruas e a praia mais próxima fica a 500m e ainda é praia de saída de barcos, o que inviabiliza demais o banho no mar. Estrutura da acomodação péssima e muito velha. Chuveiro quebrado e não aquecia, ar condicionado quebrado, tv não funcionava, armários do quarto caindo aos pedaços e sujo, lâmpadas do banheiro não funcionavam, banheiro molhado em nossa chegada, porta de acesso toda depreciada e pegajosa, coifa da cozinha ainda pingando óleo. Sinceramente pior experiência possível! As 19:00 do mesmo dia que entrei no hotel solicitei diretamente ao Hotéis.com alteração de quarto ou devolução do dinheiro, e ao entrarem em contato com o Hotel a resposta foi de que o responsável não estava disponível no momento. Sendo assim, peguei minhas coisas com minha esposa e fomos embora para outro hotel que oferecia estrutura. Péssima experiência.

The property was not as the pictures showed it to be. There was no hot water, the bedding was completely unacceptable. After one night of being there asked to be transferred to their other property across the street. The cat's corner that you see in the pictures is not really how it looks and to get there at times is unsafe. Even after we trans ferred over to the property next door although it was better in looks. It was still unacceptable bedding was awful and no hot water. After being on their properties for a total of three nights. We could not handle it anymore and went down to Brevard Beach resort which was extremely nice less expensive and finally we able to have a vacation that we thought we were receiving. So don't wait to cancel your reservation at this place. Because at this point the property has not offered to help or reimburse at all for the four nights we did not stay there. Very unsatisfied and we'll never stay at that property again far from a resort.....I've stayed in a two-star hotels that were better than that!!!!

Door for room only had a regular key lock and door looked like it was pushed open before. We only stayed one night and didn’t use the shower as the rust on the plumbing and also floor didn’t look clean. Also we were only give. Two towels - no hand towel or wash cloth was given. The pool was not clean and had plastic lounge and big whole where construction was happening. Also room was changed from one hotel on day of Checkin. View is nice but that is it.

The pictures and descriptions are so far off base of what it actually is. Old and in very poor condition. We had no hot water the entire stay. Panhandlers hang around out front. We given tokens for free breakfast and the restaurant that was supposed to use them at, acted like they did not know anything about it. Not very close to the beach either. The pool was in very poor shape and no chairs around the pool.

Muchos detalles de mantenimiento en especial en el baño. Grifos de lavamanos y ducha muy descuidados, viejos, despintados y con óxido. La estufa también llena de éxodo.

We felt unsafe on the property and left a day early . There is no chance i would stay there again.

Doesn’t have a reception, have to go to other hotel at cross street to check in Air condition keep failing and had to be reset I saw small roaches running around Old furniture Broken shower hanger

WHERE DO I START!!!!! ORBITZ REALLY NEEDS TO REMOVE THEM AS OPTION FOR A PLACE TO STAY. THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE AT THE ACTUAL DUCASSI THERE WAS BABY ROACHES IN THE FRIDGE AND ON THE TABLE. THE VIEW WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! SMH...I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE CAN HAVE THE NERVE TO EVEN WANT PEOPLE TO STAY THERE. NO PHONE...THE TOWELS ARE LIKE MICORFIBER SAND PAPER..NO WASH CLOTH AND THE LIST CAN GO ON AND ON. SO WE MOVED TO ACROSS THE STREET SMH RUSTY DOOR KNOBS MY AC DRIPPED WATER EVERYDAY THE FURNITURE IS FALLING APART NO PHONE THE BLONDE LADY IN THE MAMGEMENT OFFICE JUST NASTY. WE WERE ASKING FOR AN IRON ITS IT WAS LIKE ASKING FOR A MILLION DOLLARS! THEIR ONLY SAVING GRACE WAS THE HANDY GUY! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!! I THINK WE NEED A REIMBURESEMENT FROM THAT HELL HOLE ORBITZ!!!!!!!
