Wouldn’t stay again

The bed was hard and couldn’t get comfortable all night. The room didn’t cool down until 4am. It was hot all night. It’s the end of July. If someone is checking in the cleaning people should start the air conditioner before the guests arrive. Just an idea.

The hotel is nice. Looks nice. Indoor pool operational. The bed was NOT comfortable. The AC was very loud, and smelled funny.... But at least ours worked good. The included breakfast had one waffle maker iron, for a line of people, no meat for 15 minutes, and it was very lacking in options. It was not an added bonus, it took forever, for minimal satisfaction. Staff was wonderful. All were kind, and pleasant. The beer at the bar, was skunky. Old. 7/8 beers were bad.

Worst hotel!

This hotel has been by far the wost we have been in. The room was all over dirty. The floors have not been mopped ever. One of the beds the sheets were filthy!! The hotel itself seems very outdated. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

Could’ve used a little more attention to detail on housekeeping staff, hallways were a bit dirty along with carpet being outdated stained needs a good cleaning has a funky smell, coffee pot in room definitely needs to be cleaned. Advise no fresh coffee or ice water available until breakfast room opens in morning at 6 AM. Would be nice to have those amenities available in the lobby 24 hours.

Hot tub jets didn’t work. Bath tub was dirty and I wanted to take a bath, looked like dirty feet had been in there. Room was ok. Hotel itself just felt run down. Not at all how I remember Red Lion’s bring. Honestly a bit disappointed for how much I spent.

Just don't.

Room was not swept and bathroom was disgusting with black mold. Bed sheets were clean as far as I can tell. Halls were poorly lit and some areas of the hotel did not have lights on. Didn't feel safe or sanitary here.

NO HOT SHOWERS HERE

I have stayed at this hotel 2 different times about a year apart. Both times the shower water was luke warm. First visit i thought well maybe they were having issues. Second visit it was exactly the same, you turn the water all the way to hot and it stays luke warm the entire time.

Terrible

Upon arrival check in was taking so long with only 1 person in front of us the counter that I had used the restroom where i was met with dirty bloody tampons all over the floor and tampon containers everywhere. At check in we asked when the bar and restaurant would be open we were told 530. Bar and restaurant never opened asked 2 more time and staff said oh they will soon. On third time asking we were told oh they arent opening.. we went else where for dinner. Upon checking into the room it was musty and there was mildew on the ceiling in the main room and bathroom. In the morning at 6 we went to use the pool and hotub. We had to go back up to our room for towels upon comming back down again we looked at the pool only to find debre and a layer of dirt that obviously hadnt been cleaned in a couple days. We put our feet in the hotub it was also not clean. Ive stayed at the red lion alot and this was super disappointing. Ive even stayed at this particular one before and it has drastically gone down hill. Do yourself a favor. Save your money or go somewhere else.

Would not do again.

The sheets were clean and the air conditioner was in good working order. That is the good part. The floors were swept, but not underneath beds or tables. Dust bunnies and a stray “AA” battery. The bathroom had paint peeling on the ceiling, and the fan grate was packed with months of lint build-up. The seat surfaces were vacuumed, but not anywhere else on the chair. The pool was good, but overall the property had I repaired damage and clearly the cleaning crew does not take pride in their work.
