Muito bom!
Incrível, melhor localização, impossível! Facilidade para falar com anfitrião, apartamento aconchegante. O único porém, ao menos em minha estadia, é que o chão do apartamento trepidava muito, tanto que o armário chegava a fazer barulho. Não descobrimos o que era. Mas tirando isso, é excelente.

La instalación esta muy bien ubicada, a unos cuantos pasos del Panteón, a pesar de no ser un hotel como tal, tuvimos todo lo necesario y siempre estuvimos en contacto por WhatsApp con el personal a cargo de las habitaciones, fueron muy amables resolviendo dudas e incluso nos guardaron nuestras malestas despues del check out. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Great location but hard to sleep here.
Not a good choice if sleep is important to you. There was very little soundproofing so other guests coming and going disturbed our sleep. The worst part was some kind of machinery that started up in the downstairs restaurant at 5 AM. It was like laying on a vibrating bed with a woodpecker attacking the wall beside us. Otherwise the room was reasonably clean and comfortable. The location was excellent!

Great location! Could not have picked a better location. It was nice, clean (besides the septic smell which is a city thing I believe) easy to get in and out. Beds were so comfortable. They gave you extra like slippers and good bathroom items. Great spot to stay. Would definitely recommend!

El lugar es excelente y la ubicación insuperable. La habitación muy agradable y con todo lo necesario. Tuvimos solo un incidente a la llegada de que las claves no funcionaban, pero se solicionó de inmediato contactando al administrador quien nos proporcionó las correctas. Súper recomendable.

It has the perfect location, clean and comfortable room. Great restaurants, shops, Pantheon, etc. Thankfully we only had carry on luggage, which was perfect to fetch up the 2 flights of stairs. We did not mind the 2 flights at all. But, if you have large & heavy luggage, this could an issue as there is no elevator. The power went out for a few hours and because of that there was no hot water. The staff did not inform us prior to check-in, even though there were power outage notices posted and they were aware. We would stay here again since it was very clean and a great location.

Not what was expected- great location
Not great communication with owner. No one was around to ask question. Location was fabulous but had 3 flight of stairs and we are traveling for 4 weeks and only stayed there 1 night, so inconvenient. Hotels.com did not make it apparent that this was not a hotel. Also hard location if you have lots of bags.

Daria and the rest of the staff were very responsive to anything we needed. The room was very clean and had most everything we needed (cream for tea would be good). Location was perfect for site seeing! Lots of stairs which was fine for us but should be noted in description. I would stay again.

It was very difficult to find, a door in a blank wall with an 8.5*12” sign! Our luggage was in the room and the second of 3 locked doors wouldn’t open 1 phone dead and the second almost dead trying to solve it with a code for the second way to open the door they didn’t provide!

Lovely, renovated, large, quiet and clean property in the heart of it all. On a lovely side street close to serveral amenities just outside your door yet extremely quiet. We really enjoyed our short time there. I would definitely go again.

O local nao tem recepção ativa. Você depende de um WhatsApp para resolver qualquer coisa e o tempo de resposta em sempre é satisfatório. Como era uma casa e eles transformaram em vários quartos com banheiro, você vai ter problema em ouvir absolutamente tudo do quarto ao lado. O chuveiro literalmente só esquenta depois de 5 minutos ligado, e a pressão da água é muito baixa. Pedimos para arrumar mas o hotel disse que não podia fazer nada sobre isso…

Very nice room and bathroom and in a very convenient area but you need to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to your room and if you have luggage there is no one there to help. We had to call management to help us carry our bags down when we checked out and make a special arrangements they were not going to until I complained so make sure you ask for help with bags before you book
