The hotel was just ok. Old, but you expect that in New Orleans. The television and internet was thw worst i have ever experienced. We changed rooms in order to get better tv and internet but it was actually worse. We just ignored it and did without. But, when you ask for a late checkout, are given one, make transportation plans around the late checkout and are then told you can't have it on the morning of checkout, something is really wrong about that. To make matters worse, we were told that they called our room to inform us of the change. Only problem... the phone in our room didn't work. Have the decency to live up to your agreement. Ken, the employee that tried to help was a wonderful employee.
