I had a terrible experience at this hotel and do not recommend it.
First, the deposit was charged to a different credit card than the one I explicitly authorized, which is unacceptable and very concerning.
The room itself was extremely noisy — I could clearly hear people talking in the neighboring rooms, making it very difficult to rest.
At check-in, there was only one staff member handling arrivals, which resulted in a long and unnecessary wait.
To make matters worse, housekeeping (repeated times) knocked on my door before 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday, even though I had checked in after midnight and was staying for only one night. Being disturbed so early on the same day I checked in was inappropriate and very frustrating.
Overall, the service, noise level, and billing issues made this a very poor experience. I would not stay here again.
