I gave them all terrible because when I got to the desk, they told me they couldn’t give me the room because I live within 40 miles of the property. I asked if they had any more rooms available because I had family visiting from out of the country and they said no horrible experience.

Incredible value. Check-in was quick and easy, our room was spacious and clean, the lobby was immaculate.. we grabbed coffee in the cafe a couple times and our drinks were delicious. We did not get a chance to try the on-property restaurant, but it smelled wonderful. SO close to Universal. A nice walk to the parks, or you can take their shuttle. We opted for Uber, and the rides were super inexpensive due to proximity. We’ll be staying here again.

It's an economy hotel where parking is free. Shuttles are provided (2) in the morning to neighborhood theme parks, and 2 returning in the evening. Lobby is big with a small restaurant providing Indian food and some sandwiches, drinks, etc. The walls between rooms are thin, so if you have a loud neighbor who talks late into the night, your sleep might be deprived. Overall, location is close to Universal Studio/Citywalk.

Hotel was under construction, once it's complete it will be well worth the money. It was very clean there was just construction stuff everywhere and furniture too. Staff was quick to handle situations but didn't inform us of the known situation until we brought it to their attention.overall I would stay there again once renovations are done.

Clean room, but there was a gap big enough in the front door that sunlight came into the room through it. Not the greatest amenities, there were construction materials all over the parking lot and it was challenging to park in the evening. Very nice staff and great location.

Only benefit was the distance to universal, the grounds are old, it's close to the interstate so road noise is loud, Beds were very uncomfortable, and there was no included breakfast. For this price point it wasn't worth it.

Check-in muito rápido e fácil. Estacionamento gratuito e fácil. Quarto excelente, ar condicionado, cofre, frigobar, camas, armários à vontade, cafeteira, secador, mesa de passar com ferro. Banheiro excelente do modo banheira com cortina. Único senão foi o chão, que parecia não muito limpo.

I had no real complaints from me or my fiancee. Not luxury by any means. But I good place to stay if you’re hitting the parks and are hardly in the room to begin with. Excellent place to stay to save a few bucks.

This was a great hotel close to Universal. We took advantage of the free shuttle for getting to the park each day (8am or 11am) but the return times (5:30pm or 8:15 pm) didn’t always line up with our plans so we used Lyft and Waymo. We did walk back from Universal Studios once, and while it’s doable, after being at the park all day it was very tiring. Room was clean, beds were comfy, and AC worked great. Would stay here again if returning to Universal.

Overall, my stay at Clarion Inn was a great experience! The room was clean, well-maintained, and taken care of, which made my stay comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel was its location. It was conveniently close to the parks, making it easy to get back and forth without needing a shuttle. However, the hotel still provided a shuttle service, which was an amazing bonus and made transportation even more convenient! My only major complaint was the lack of a microwave in the room, which was a big inconvenience when it came to heating up food. The restaurant food was decent—not terrible, but not the best either. With a few improvements, especially adding microwaves to the rooms and improving the restaurant food, the overall experience could be even better. Other than those minor issues, I really enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness, convenient location, and shuttle service made Clarion Inn a great place to stay, especially for anyone planning a trip to the parks!
