NOTHING GRAND ABOUT THIS DUMP!
MISERABLE EXPERIENCE! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS.
STAFF IS RUDE, HOSTILE, BELLIGERENT, AND UNAPOLOGETIC. THE MGR LITERALLY GOT UP IN MY FACE AND YELLED AT ME WHEN I COMPLAINED.
NON-ADA COMPLIANT
Price gouging for a room that is uninhabitable. Loose wires on floors, non-functioning and flickering lights, large water leaks flooding the bathroom, warped bed, filthy carpeting, broken furniture, torn curtains, and musty smell from not so grand old bldg.
When I commented about the lack of accessibility for the disabled, a staff member told me the hotel was like this 45 yrs ago, nothing has changed since then and nothing will change.
THAT SHOULD TELL YOU EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS NOT-SO-GRAND “HOTEL”
The ice bucket in the first pic is from a water leak above the light fixture and mirror in the bathroom.
When I checked in the water had flooded the counter and floor of the bathroom and the light fixture was shorting out.
I placed the ice bucket under the leak around 10:00 pm, it was close to full 12 hrs later.
