Got off to a bad start during the check in process due to a misunderstanding and or lack of knowledge on the part of the of the evening desk personnel. Long story short; booked online a 1King bed with sofa bed, partial ocean view for 4 nights (itinerary # 72059857601717). Upon entering room 707 we immediately noticed it was a 2-double bedroom, no sofa. Went back to the front desk and went round and round about what happened. we were not satisfied, because we had to stay in rm707friday night and then transfer to 709 ( king bed/ sofa) on Sat. However, we did receive a call from the manager (Ashley) explaining the miscommunication and she left a $50.00 coupon (we could not use due to several of the restaurants listed were closed for the winter season) for our inconvenience. Needless to say, this birthday trip was not what we anticipated, but we did appreciate the Hepa air purification unit and the oven/toaster per our request for special items.
