A Complete 5 Star Experience
What I can say is that the attention to details is what seperate the hotel from other luxury hotels. I think anyone who books a luxury hotel wouldve expected to be greeted upon arriving, to have enough amenities for their stay, to have comfortable bed to sleep in.
The difference for us was the details. They knew we brought our son, so seeing us throwing away diapers, they prepared a diaper bin on our second day. Not wanting to disturb us on a late night request for water, they decided to knock and left the water using a bag outside our doors. Going out their way just to find us a taxi, ensuring to the driver that the destination is correct. These are just a few, might be trivial, but we really appreciated the gestures.
Of course then we can talk about the breathtaking view from the room, also the complete breakfast, and the wonderful service from the staff.
