Todo bien pero !!!!!!!

El hotel esta ubicado en una area muy comoda para caminar y comer, muchos lugares alrededor, de hecho está a la vuelta del Consulado de México, todo bien solo que en nuestra habitación una suite 1904, el sofá cama esta inservible no podías usarlo por que la el colchon esta muy desgastado, nos proporcionaron una cama extra cuando nos quejamos, pero los colchones de las otras 2 cajas también estaban ya muy sumidos en el centro, así de nuestras 4 noches en Montreal no pudimos descansar muy bien. La limpieza bien, el baño renovado muy bien. En general creo que de el hotel debe de renovar sus colchones lo demás bien.

Stayed here for a conference. Room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed with utensils and cookware. The rooftop pool was a major highlight. The bathroom had a shower with two different heads which was actually really useful.

Old building, no room service

I preferred it because of the suites but it wasn't what I expected. The living area side layout wasn't inviting at all and we didn't want to spend any time there. The property is old and needs major upgrading with very old carpets etc. Staff was nice but no uniformity in service (some leave teas, some don't, some replenish toilet tissues, some don't, didn't change the soiled sheet the whole week even though i asked etc etc). Also we were exhausted when we got there and were dying for room service. There is an excellent restaurant in the hotel amd we wanted to order and get it delivered to the room but they don't! We had to drag ourselves down in pajamas and order and bring our own food. They dont even add the in hotel breakfast to your bill... I personally would not stay there again.

Nice pool, only valet parking and small elevators

There is a rooftop pool, literally on the roof the 28th floor. It’s very clean. Our room was clean with a small but handy kitchenette. The valet service was very smooth and very efficient. There’s NO parking lot so you must use the valet or find other parking. Valet is an add on cost not included in the price. The only downfall was very small elevators. Squish in or you’ll be waiting a long time.

Decent Stay, But Several Issues

We recently stayed at Hotel Le Cantlie Suites and had a mixed experience. I had booked three rooms for our group, but upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the rooms were spread 20 floors apart—not ideal for families or groups hoping to stay close together. Another concern was cleanliness. The rooms felt like they could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the bathrooms in particular were not up to standard—something you'd expect to be a given at this price point. That said, the location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown Montreal, which made getting around very convenient. There's definitely potential here, but the hotel needs to step up its attention to detail and guest experience. Would consider staying again only if improvements are made.

NOT a bargain

Everything is small: the elevators, the pool and the room. It said « suite room » so we expectated a room at least a little bigger than a regular hotel room… It was actually smaller than most regular rooms we were in. We could feel they were understaffed: there was never enough towels at the pool. I thought I had a bargain but it was not. I actually felt I paid too much. BUT I must add that the staff was really nice and dedicated.

Nice for 2 but with more than 10 people it’s crowded.

Very satisfied!

The room was very tidy and nice. It seems newly renovated but the buildings give a bit of an older feel especially the elevators. There are no freebies like breakfast or parking but this is expected being in such a convenient location downtown. There is a full kitchenette with stove, oven, fridge and microwave. Sevice from the front desk, baggage and parking valet was excellent. I really liked the roof top pool and lounge area. I just wish it opened a bit longer. The picture in the ads are exactly amazing and the views were awesome.

Family trip

This hotel seems to be for the airline people so be prepared to wait at front desk. The room was a great size with a separate sitting and eating area but because we were on the 4th floor overlooking some eatery/restaurant so we got the bbq food smells when we opened windows. We had to open the windows because the ventilation and air conditioning were too weak for the mid 80s weather we had when were there. We enjoyed the stay

We stayed at the one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The refrigerator is huge, the stove works very well and the hotel provides a lot of cooking tools. It is good for a longer stay and if you don’t want to eat out 3 times a day. The supermarket is quite far away though if you don’t have a car or if you are senior then it might be a challenge. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel with an extra charge and there are lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the subway. The hotel is very close to McGill university, we went for the graduation ceremony so it is perfect location. The airport bus won’t stop at this hotel so it is better to take Uber.

Great property and very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and clean and the location of the hotel was very convenient for us. I’d definitely recommend the hotel to friends and stay again myself.

Okay hotel

Hotel room was clean and bed comfortable. Valet parking 35$ per night. There’s 3 elevators but they’re small so you can wait. Took us about 20 minutes to go to the lobby because they were always full. Staff was nice. Slow check in but it was very busy.

Room was alot more outdated than portrayed. Elevators were insufficient for the amount of rooms and it was consistently up to a 10 minute wait for the elevator. very inconvenient when you are trying to bring 2 small children to the pool on the 28th floor. There is only valet parking but the attendants are understaffed, causing a delay when dropping off your vehicle
