Just ok
Our stay was just ok, wouldn’t rush back to this hotel. The reception staff seemed constantly stressed and bickering either with each other or having guests complain to them. Hotel and rooms were very clean, although the first morning our cleanser literally threw our duvet over, no clean coffee cups or glasses, no bins emptied ect, however the cleaner for the following 3 mornings did a fantastic job.
Breakfast was the same every morning not a huge selection but enough, no toaster tho.
The pool on the 7th floor was why we booked this hotel, they could do with more loungers and normal ones that you can relax on and not rock back and foe everytime you moved, They looked like they had a pool bar but it was never opened so you have to go to the first floor restaurant to get a drink, would have been nice to also have some music playing also.
