The staff are always friendly and helpful. They placed our group in adjoining rooms without asking. We were on the 25 floor near the elevators. We previously stayed in the resort tower during last year's dance competition and had a great experience. This time we stayed in the casino tower. The rooms are smaller and more cramped. The rooms were non smoking however, there's a strong smoke odor. It smells like this all over the resort. The rooms have signs of aging, and in need of upgrading but they are clean. The shower head and water pressure need attention. They do not restock or clean the rooms unless you request it. We went to the nearby Walmart and purchased coffee supplies; snacks, and water for the remainder of stay. We did have to call the front desk to get fresh towels at 9pm and housekeeping happily and promptly delivered. The pool and arcade are great ammenities. I'd prefer if it had more food options after 8pm, and if there were more vending and/or snack options available. It's pretty noisy too. We could hear the air traffic from the airport with our windows closed. It's not well insulated and it's pretty far from sound proof which led to being woken up multiple times from the sounds of other guests around and above our room. All entryways from the parking garage have strong cigarette and cannabis odors. The staff were always polite, friendly, helpful, and respectful in all of or interactions with them.
