It was just ok, but our keys didn't work three different nights after full days at the parks. Not good. The breakfast was fine. Nothing grand. I wouldn't pick this hotel again, though.

Nice staff, very close to Universal and other sites. Shuttle bus was convenient and on time. Great location to see the fireworks at SeaWorld.

You get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and served its purpose. I was only there for one night, needed a place to crash after the parks. Room itself was incredibly damp. They had a humidifier attached to the A/C and everything in the room, sheets, towels carpet actually felt damp to the touch.

The hotel itself was nice. Clean pool, nice staff. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, we found a receipt from a previous guest under our pillow when going to sleep, and the walls and doors were a bit grimy. All in all, it’s a decent place to have a quick stay if you need to rest your head. If you’re lucky, depending on the room you get, you’ll get a great, clear view of the Disney fireworks show.

Estuve con mi familia una semana en 2 cuartos diferentes , No limpiaron . Cuando solicitamls toallas solo 1 nos pudieron dar indicaron que no habìan más. Encontre una pijama en el cuarto que no era nuestra . El baño se taqueo . El desayuno es el mismo todos los dìa Pan, huevo , salchicha pan cake ,cafe o jugo y te cobran $200 de servicio de más para comer siempre lo mismo.

Review I had stayed at this hotel three years ago and unfortunately the experience changed drastically where I wouldn’t recommend it or consider going back. It has its perks of being affordable and offering shuttle service to the parks but the negative impact is greater. I stayed for multiple days and not once did the room was cleaned. No one came to change the towels, clean, or take the trash out. I had to find a trash can outside to throw away food. There were also bugs on some days and stains on the sheets and walls. On top of that, we also had to contact maintenance to assist with an issue. We pay for amenities fees on top of the reservation yet this is how their guest are treated. I don’t tend to leave negative reviews, but I noticed that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to leave the hotel and find another one due to prearranged scheduling, otherwise, it would have been an option. It was good then but not this time around.
