The lobby was clean and the staff were friendly. The outside of the property was noticeably run down compared to the surrounding hotels. The room was newly remodeled and quite nice. However, the bedspread and some of the towels had stains. They appeared to be clean, but because of the stains it was hard to be comfortable in the room. The entrance to the room was from outside rather than an interior type hotel. The door was secured by deadbolt, but it did not completely fit the frame, so there was a slight gap between the door and frame. The weather was good, so I didn’t have to worry about extreme cold or heat regarding the slight gap. I did sleep with a light on due to the gap and concerns regarding security since I traveled alone for this trip.

Overnight trip
Nice clean room for a quick overnight on our way to Florida. Nice shower and modern conveniences. Bed could be a little softer. Breakfast was excellent!

Prime location but a little dirty.
It’s in a prime location. The breakfast was decent. Our only issue is that we had to switch rooms twice due to everything being used/dirty in one room, horrible smoke smell in the second room and when we finally got into the third room, we were too tired to complain. The man at the front desk was understanding and continued until we were satisfied.

I was disappointed with the day shift front desk staff as when I inquired about extending my stay she informed me that I could not use Hotels.com to extend my stay and that the rate would almost double. They lost a customer and the revenue with me going elsewhere.

Worst hotel, very dirty
This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I don't believe it was even cleaned. There was stuff all over the floor, it has not been swept or mopped. The bedding had stains and holes and there was hair in it. My husband went to the front desk and talked to them about it. There was plenty of empty rooms but instead of moving us, the guy took my husband to the utility room and gave him new sheets, those were also stained and had holes in them. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We had family in town and had an emergency plumbing issue at the house so we all had to find rooms affordable last minute. Let me start with the fact the positives; the gentleman who checked us in was wonderful and had an A+ sense of humor and personality. The other positives were the rainfall showerhead in the bathroom and the room decor was a bit updated. The cons: the mattress was HARD, the comforter had several small stains in a few places on both beds and the door frames had cracks that let the outside light/air inside. There was also a group of High school kids partying, yelling, blasting music, etc next to us. I did call the front office after they had not quietened down after a short but and then the employee apologized and told me security was already on the way. They got quiet a little bit then got loud again. About midnight the police came to make them vacate the property as apparently someone else called the office again. I know rowdy guests are not the hotels fault and they did after a while get it all handled. From that issue, the hard bed and then the people above us walking loudly and moving furniture I did not get any sleep sadly. While I personally would never stay here again, if you do and have issues with excessively loud guests call the office and they will def get it taken care of.
