I am 52 years old now but not even in the so-called "poor, third world" countries did I sleep in a worse bed than the bed in room 843.That bed is the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in.That bed is an insult to the word HOSPITALITY.Those pillows are absolutely the worst of the worst. That is NOT a bed worthy of a 4 star hotel. I sincerely hope the management of this beautiful hotel will read this review. Front desk employees are very young and not very polite, with that typical bored attitude the young have these days. They are not going above and beyond to make your stay memorable, for them you are routine, they couldn't care less about your needs.
Otherwise the hotel is very nice, great amenities, nice restaurants with amazing food, nice pool, great self parking options with plenty of space. We dont gamble so I can not comment on this aspect, the casino was very well kept, clean, nicely organized. The hotel is a bit out of the way at the north side of the Strip ,not necessarily in the middle of the action on the Strip, away from the rest of the craziness, but close enough to use a taxi , bus or ride app to travel anywhere you like.
I expected something else to be honest, overall I was a bit disappointed with this hotel, but it's not bad. If it wasn't for the front desk attitude and especially for the discomfort of that atrocity of the bed in my room I would gladly give this hotel an A minus grade. But since they dont care about the comfort of the guests I will give it a D.
