Absolutely disgusting. Dirty room, dirty bedding, broken door lock, literally filthy. Staff barely acknowledges you. Might as well head down to the local homeless camp for the night, it's that bad.

The property was in horrible condition! The carpets were filthy, broken closet doors, door jam had been pried open on multiple occasions from the looks of the door! The decor was from the late 60’s-early 70’s! There was graffiti all over. The property was dirty! Staff would not answer the phone at the front desk. This is absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed in! There was a coffee pot in the room, but no way to make coffee. Horrible!!!! Do NOT ever stay at this place!!!

The dirtiest room I have ever stayed in . Blood on the sheets, mold and who knows what in the carpet, a used throat lozenge stuck to a chair, and then me. Shameful excuse for a hotel. Like a third world experience. You have to be kidding charging for this place, and shame on me for booking this dump.

I travel for work and have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst I have stayed in. When I checked in the desk clerk was pleasant enough, but upon getting to the room I found several discrepancies, First was the TV wouldn't turn on and the remote didn't work, the clerk was able to resolve this issue. The next issue was the phone had no cord so I was unable to contact the desk which would have been nice, this could also be a potential safety concern if an emergency occurred and I was unable to contact the front desk, I asked at least 5 separate times for a cord, I told them I could plug it in myself, I was told every time they would take care of it, it was never taken care of unless ignoring the issue is taking care of it. Also on the safety note there are 2 fire extinguisher holders near the stairwell, one on each level, the problem is the extinguishers are both missing. Another issue I had was the room has a coffee maker but it is missing the tray, so there is no way to use it, when I asked about getting a replacement tray I was told there are none and every room has had it stolen from them. The next issue is when I tried to use the bottom drawer in the dresser it came off and hit me in the foot, which was painful since I didn't have shoes on. Next issue is the tub has the caulking coming off and there looks to be mold as well. Next is the sink had no hot water, the shower had warm water but the sink had only cold

Filthy, crusted brown stain on bathroom floor. Brown stain on both lampshades next to the bed. Stain on bedspread and bathroom mirror cracked all the way from Top to bottom. This was the 2nd room We went to. The first wax even worse

Lamps are falling off the walls with exposed wires ( fire hazards) the bathtub isn’t sealed around the base the table is being held up by the chair there are zero fire extinguishers on the building (major hazard) the lock for the door is held on by silicone and the screws that were used are entirely to big there is holes in the walls the door frame is cracked as if the door was kicked in at one point the floors are disgusting there is writing on the mirror the towels had someone else’s hair all over them. The tv did not work for the first hour and a half the pool is absolutely filthy and freezing cold the customer service is horrendous he tried to charge me without telling me my total he didn’t welcome us he was just on a personal phone call he didn’t give us directions to our room he just said “upstairs” and walked off we had to walk around until we found it.. I would not recommend staying here. In fact I will be calling the city and fire department and requesting an inspection to be done for all the hazards… I want a full refund

Parking was easy. They had a guard. The room was the most disgusting room. I’ve ever been in big black stain marks all over underneath the bed. Blankets were burnt with cigarettes. Bugs on top of the roof. Filthy windows stunk like a cigarette ashtray. The outside of the area was filthy with Dog fees. Cigarette butts all over the place.
