The first room we were assigned smelled bad, and the toilet didn't work. We called the desk, and we moved to another room that was better. The young man who helped us when checked in was competent and kind. The young woman there who I spoke to later behind the desk was less so on the evening of January 27th. She did not offer a menu for us to look at when ordering drinks, and behaved much less graciously than the young man. Both the shuttle drivers to and from the airport were great!

The room was very nice. The room was extra warm upon my arrival which I much appreciated because it was very cold outside that day. The hamburger I had to eat was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Disappointed
The bathrooms are extremely small. The door barely passes by the toilet & this wasn’t just our room. I was also shocked they charged to park there. It worked for our one night stay before heading to the airport but other than that, we won’t be back.

Clean, affordable place to lay your head
It was a one stay because we had an early flight the next morning. It was conveniently close to the airport. You cannot hear airplanes so it was nice. The pool was also an indoor heated pool. That was nice and my son enjoyed it. Rooms were clean. Only two things I wish was different. I was not aware there was a parking fee of $10 a night when I booked. The other thing was the check in was at 4 pm so it was a little later than I'm use to. Other than that the price was great for a clean place to lay my head down. I will most definitely book again if I have another early flight out.

Better training for staff, unclear information
I booked through specifically for the park and fly option and the shuttle. When I arrived, the front desk person said I wasn’t eligible because I booked through hotels.com and not directly through the Hyatt website. All through the hotel there’s signs that offer park and fly for $10/day, just pay up front - apparently not for everyone. The front desk person gave me a phone number to Park N Go across the road ($20/day). The person answering screamed at us on the phone and hung up 3 times before we could get a word in. Not an ideal start to a long anticipated vacation.
