This location is completely unfit for anyone to stay in. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was told upon arrival that there was no room available for me. The front desk receptionist had to personally clean a room just so I could check in, which should have been the first red flag.
When I entered the room, it was absolutely filthy. I found two roaches. The toilet was disgusting. There was a used bar of soap left on the sink. Water was actively dripping from the ceiling. This was not a minor housekeeping oversight — this was a health and safety issue.
Hotels.com has made multiple attempts to contact the property to secure a refund, and the hotel has refused to respond. The photos used to advertise this property are clearly from a different, much nicer location and do not reflect the actual conditions.
This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The lack of cleanliness, accountability, and basic professionalism is unacceptable.
Do not stay at this hotel chain.
