Séjour fantastique à la casa de Tula ! La maison est très belle et idéalement située près du centre tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Petit parc juste en face de la maison qui est très mignon. La chambre est très spacieuse et très bien équipé : ventilateur au dessus du lit, air conditionné, télévision, et même un espace cuisine ! Rien à redire sur la propreté tout est impeccable. Le wifi est gratuit et fonctionne super bien. Super accueil de la part de nos hôtes qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous, nous avons pu pas mal échanger c’était super intéressant ! Petit plus : le café offert le matin :)) merci beaucoup pour votre accueil nous en garderons un excellent souvenir !

La casa se situe juste en face du parc de l'église, c'est calme et agréable. A 5min a pied du Parc Vidal. Yairin est une hôte qui vous accueille avec le sourire et vous explique tout ce qu'il y a faire Le petit dejeuner est très copieux et délicieux Encore merci !!!

La Casa de Tula fue un excelente lugar para quedarse en Santa Clara. Las anfitrionas te ayudan y resuelven todas las dudas. La ubicación es muy buena y puedes ir andando a muchos lugares. Muy contenta con la estancia!

Ottimo posto senza se e senza ma
Aulin è una host perfetta! Simpatica e comunicativa ma non invadente. La casa è in una ottima posizione. In una piazza con un parco e a pochi metri dal centro storico della città (Santa Clara è molto bella!). Siamo stati molto bene, la colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità. Grazie tante per l'ospitalità!

The room and kitchen area were very spacious and an outer patio. The breakfast was great. There is a Mexican bar restaurant nearby. The host is very helpful and will arrange transport. It is in a quiet area opposite a church and square.

Phenomenal!
Eileen was amazing and extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable and knew excellent English. Eileen organised a taxi to Havana for us in order to help us. There were tables to sit on outside the rooms that were awesome to relax at and there was a lot of privacy. Ideal if you use both apartments. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of it. The wifi was really good and easily accessible. The best place we stayed at of the 6 accommodations we have had in Cuba.

The casa was a nice place to stay and the host was quite friendly, but the breakfast was really awful. I know this is Cuba and the food is generally very bad, but if you're going to serve Soviet-style spartan rations for breakfast then charge Soviet-style prices - not European prices for gruel that is well below European standards. Apart from that, very nice place to stay and a decent host - but avoid breakfast!

Safe, Comfortable and Clean Space
We arrived late from the airport with our sleeping 2 year old. The host was very kind and welcoming. Made sure we were comfortable and simply made sure our short stay was as best it could be. We highly recommend the space for anyone staying in Santa Clara and would stay there again.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft
Der Aufenthalt in dieser Casa war wunderbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum in sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.

The rooms, bathrooms and public area were very clean and comfortable. Eileen was a wonderful host and ensured that our stay in Santa Clara was a pleasant one. She helped us to change money, arranged a driver from the airport, and provided us with delicious breakfasts.

Posto molto carino, personale all’accoglienza molto gentile. Stanza abbastanza grande con uno spazietto con la cucina, ci sono posate, bicchieri e microonde per scaldare il cibo. Unica pecca NON VI FIDATE ASSOLUTAMENTE del loro servizio taxi, è una fregatura bella e buona! Chiamano il taxi condiviso e dicono un prezzo, una volta accettato ci chiamano per dire che il prezzo è cambiato perché è aumentato la benzina, il giorno dell’appuntamento il prezzo è triplicato perché gli altri hanno rinunciato al viaggio. Durante il tragitto si offrono anche per la tratta successiva anche quella una enorme fregatura. Pattuito il prezzo ci dà appuntamento il giorno dopo alle 8, alle 10 si scusa per il ritardo, alle 12 dice che è rimasto indietro a causa del ritardo di un turista, alle 14 ci dice che la macchina e rotta! Sono dei veri truffatori, questo scherzo ci è costato 100€ per far chiamare di domenica un altro taxi.

Dieron mi habitación a otra persona.
Lamentablemente no pude estar en el hostal ya que cuando llegué me comentó la dueña que mi habitación estaba ocupada por otra persona. Creo que debería de haber sido honesta y si no podía atender a la reserva ni darnos el servicios que hemos pagado, devolvernos el dinero y buscar nosotros otro hostal de tantos que hay en Santa Clara. Cosa que no hizo, sino que nos llevó a casa de una amiga suya, a la cual estamos muy agradecidos porque nos acogiera, pero la habitación y el desayuno que recibimos no costaba el dinero que pagamos: Desayuno escaso, no wifi, no se podía dormir en la habitación ya que no tiene cristales las ventanas y era como dormir en la calle en cuanto a ruidos y frío, heces de animales en la cama, el WC no funcionaba…nos sentimos estafados ya que pagamos por un servicio que nos hemos disfrutado. Lamentablemente no puedo recomendar confiar en este hostal para pasar su estancia en Santa Clara.
