I was impressed by both the value and the service provided at this budget hotel. Martin checked us in and was friendly and hospitable even though we arrived so late. The room was cleaned every day, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The location is outstanding, with great restaurants, cafes, and metros nearby. Will definitely book the Ibis Budget Potsdamer Platz when I return to Berlin!

Good accommodation with great staff. The AC was not working properly for the very hot days but nothing too hard to handle. Cleaning could be improved and the automatic beverages machine does not accept cards, just coins. Overall, the place is good.
