Terrible stay
Terrible hotel one of worse I have stayed out. No toilet paper in bathroom on arrival. Had to go to front desk to get some. Than TV did not work. Went and got a new remote still did not work. Bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned as was so old. Toilet almost backed up. No coffee in room

Could use some work
The room was very different than the photos. The door was kicked in and let in the sound from the freeway. Tub was full of gnarly red soap scum. The heater barely kept me warm at night. Honestly, not the best stay I’ve had.

Terrible experience
I had a business trip to Phoenix, I rented a room for a week. When I arrived, they gave me a room, nasty, broken doors, the water tap dropping water, pipe noises from the bathroom. I went back and told them I can't sleep in this room from the noise, waited for 30 minutes in the Lobby then they apologized and gave me another room key. I couldn't sleep from the nasty smell of the room and the dirt around the rooms were terrible, the people that are staying there are similar to homeless people with curses on their mouth and garbage/trash all around the rooms. I left the following morning without turning back. you have the see the situation of this studios to believe it. My advice is don't be fooled by their better price, your'e going to regret it.

Horrible
It had bed bugs, roaches, everything was dirty, bathroom without paint, toilet with black ring, beds supper uncomfortable that you could feel the springs with your hands, some guest actually lives there for months, and even changes room when it’s cheaper and heard they clean it themselves after they transfer room. Hotels.com called them and told them not to charge me and they still did even though I didn’t sleep there and rented another Hotel for that weekend

Horrible
First room heater didnt work and mirror was cracked and leaking faucet 2nd room toilet was backed up amd remote to tv broken comforter had holes in it the 3rd room No comforter or pillows Front desk.agent was nice and helpful moved us got us a comforter and pillowes. Maintenance amd house keeping doesn’t do their job. Front desk agent was very nice and understanding. Yeah it was 63 honestly i wouldn't have paid that if id known. Maybe 25 dollars id pay. Management needs to step up. Hotel is only good for people on drugs and people looking for Furburgers.

Nasty dirty rooms
The experience was horrible...first off the first room I checked into 352 was not clean bed looked slept in floors dirty and a fast food sack on the table. Second room I checked into 367 the bed look slept on, floors dirty no towels in room and a empty liquor bottle on counter and one pillow...I noticed on Wednesday they took my $100 deposit and I want a reimbursement

This place is absolute disgusting
We found out when we got there that theres an 100 dollar deposit for the room, which cost more than the actual room itself. It smelled like smoke and had cigarette burn stains on every surface. There were holes in the walls, and the bathroom was disgusting. We had to wait for over 4 hours to get towels since there weren't any in the room.

Overcharged and deposit not returned
Our stay was good to begin with but ended bad.I checked in with my son and his support cat.Everything went fine at check-in, informed them of the pet, advised I had paperwork for him as a support animal and paid the fees. Due to repair work on our home I had to extend our stay several times. The lady that helped us at check in and helped us the first two extensions was very nice and convinced me to extend directly through them when needed instead of on hotels.com and I would still get the discounted rate. She provided that discounted rate those first two extensions. The third time the manager was on duty, and not give me the discounted rate and advised we could not have my sons support animal stay because they do not allow any pets other than dogs. I said I understood and had the cat stay with family elsewhere. The 4th extension the manager again did not give me the discounted rate so we ended up moving to a new Hotel chain. I was told I would get the deposit that was charged on my card at time of check-in Within three to five business days. I gave it 10 business days and still did not get my deposit back. To this day I still have not received the deposit.

DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT!
DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT!! I was delayed due to traffic and attempted to call the property. I was unable to get through to someone until 20 mins after check in time. The rep informed me that they cancelled my reservation and claimed to have tried to contact me which they did NOT. i was told they would give me back my money since they cancelled my reservation. I was one of 3 other people trying to check in and could not get into the lobby. Mind you, when I called the prompt recording stated the office is open 24/7. So I had to try and find something late at night with my two kids. The next morning very early I contacted the property to check into the room I originally reserved and was not only told they cancelled my reservation and could not allow me to check in, but that they didn't even reserve the correct room for me if I had been able to check in the night before. I reserved a two bedroom and they were going to check me into a 1 bed king room. This associate also said I would be able to get a refund through hotels.com. I then started the refund process through hotels.com and the hotel denied my refund. They lied about everything including admitting that they didn't even reserve the correct room type for me. This hotel is shady and unprofessional. Do not give them your money! Stay somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

Arrived in the looby to find other parties standing in line for towels. I had a reservation through Expedia and was told that could not be possible as the property was full(a Nascar event in Phoenix that weekend). I called Expedia back, who said they would get the reservation approved, and, after many questions, clerk left the front desk saying he guessed the room was ready. While the sign behind the desk said the property had a no pets policy, en route to my room I passed a couple with 2 Pit Bulls, and, another couple with 2 Dobermans. I looked upstairs to check the location of the room, it was next to a window decorated with Christmas lights and Sanat wrapping covering the front door. I got upstairs to find this door open with a number of people partying inside the unit. The draperies were open to the door I opened, the unit's bed had not been made, there were not any towels, and, the dining room chairs were atop the table.I saw both a private security and police car circling the property on my way back to the office to say I could not stay there. Also, very noisey as property on a frontage road next to the what appeared to be 10 lane Black Canyon expressway.
