i was very displeased that we had no sofa bed as promised and the freezer was burned and mold in it. no breakfast on first day.

It was absolutely filthy and gross and overall in such a run down condition didn't even sleep on the bed and didn't have a option to go anywhere else .. it was terrible wish I could get my money back

Way Below Expectations
Tv remote didn’t work. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Shower was gross (pictures shown) both tv remotes were in bad shape. Table, sofa and chairs were not cleaned. Thankfully I only needed to be there from 4pm to about 3am to catch a flight. Unsure how they thought this room was acceptable

Spend $20 more and go somewhere else.
**(wish I could leave 0 stars). My son and I stayed here on Dec 13 and couldn’t have been a worse experience. I confronted the desk asking for a refund or another room. The attendant/assistant manager said I would have to contact Hotels.com before anything could happen. As I walked off she shouted, please don’t leave a bad review! Couch was torn up with broken springs. The bed shook as I laid down as if it was going to break. Homeless people were sitting on the lobby with their stuff spread out. People were shouting in the hallways with their dogs barking at 10pm. We got up and went to Baymont Inn instead. Never got a refund, but was worth it to leave. Save yourself the time, spend $20-$30 more, and go somewhere nicer.

Traveler Beware
We stayed here hoping for the studio Deluxe unit to have the sofa bed to satisfy the need for 3 beds and was told they were all taken out of the rooms. The desk chairs had questionable bodily fluid stains on them. Neighborhood is questionable. You can find better.

Literally like a crack house.
No towels, no blanket, heater broken, stained sheets, no kitchen or cooking equipment at all, furniture broken, hard spring bed, bad pillows.

Not a nice place.
To pull out sofa was broken and while my daughters were laying on it the bed folded back into the couch. That was extremely dangerous! They're supposed to provide breakfast but they didn't even have coffee available! When I first arrived they told me that they had overbooked and I didn't have a room. I was about to leave when they found me a room. I wish I would have left. I stayed there before about 2 years ago and this place is gone way way down!

This property was terrible. Rooms were not at all like the pictures. The room smelled like 12 dogs and a smoker lived there. We went to turn the heat on and not even thirty seconds later the room smelled like something was burning and the smoke alarm went off so no heat. Pillow cases and furniture had stains all over them. I would never stay here again.

Worst experience ever!
Went to check in early after calling and was told we could check in an hour early over the phone. We got tot he place and they wanted to charge us 100.00 for an early check in. The place was so dirty and smelled of weed. So many homeless people sleeping outside the doors. The check in lady had dirty clothes on and was rude. Went back after our wedding at 1am and they had given our room away and had nothing to sleep our family of 6. Said they had two single rooms, we said we would make that work as it was 1am and our kids were tired. Then she wanted to charge us another 100.00 for their mistake! We then had to drive 45 mins away to get a hotel after we had booked this one 2 months prior! We will never use this chain again! Staff was super rude and all looked like they climbed out of the dumpster.
