They changed our reservation to the Hilton due to plumbing problems. They had called and left messages but I received no text messages. I do not answer unknown numbers, as many people do, I had asked to cancel the second night due to a family emergency of one of the travelers with me, they were not willing to work with us. They would not budge on their decision, though it was okay for them to transfer our reservation to the Hilton, which charged us for parking. They would not have a room for us at The Oaks anyhow for the second night. Now I have $146.## pending on my charge from the Hilton for security. This charge is on twice for each room. They said it would be deleted within certain time. To many hidden charges. Spending over an hour on the phone with one of your agents put a damper on the vacation. Plus still do not have anything resolved! I feel that customer service for these 3rd party booking can be improved. Such as when I was chatting with Manuela on June 14th, he stated that The Oaks would not cancel the 2nd night reservation but he would process two different refunds, one for $106.95 and the 2nd for $120.76. On June 18th while talking to Mira, she could see all the conversation, except that part. Mmmmm...... All I want is For the two $146.## charges off my card and the credit on my that Manuela stated that he was processing. Per Mira my case# for refund is 13776668. Thank you
