I've stayed at better and at worse.
Hotel was fairly clean except for there was mold on the table cloths in the pool area, pool could have been cleaner, room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, no smoking facility but drunk people were drinking and vaping in the pool area. Staff was always away from front desk, but was around and available if something was needed

Very clean renovated hotel. Loved the shower and fixtures, but the water is hard. Also, we stayed on first floor, and people above us were walking around very loudly almost stomping. Otherwise, nice hotel.

It was just a two night stay for a no-reason getaway. We were looking forward to a pool, hot tub and Hallmark- which we had all three at this place! Also, had breakfast…. Not a full blown Buffett- but enough that we didn’t need to leave the premises each morning. A bit noisy (but aren’t most hotels that house many families?), and the floor on the first floor seemed like they put carpet right over the dirt…. It was humorous to us (but not sure it would be funny if we had a wheelchair user in the family). Beds were pretty comfortable, no evidence of bugs or bedbugs.

No frills hotel
The hotel was fine. Small room - kind of cramped. Breakfast was minimal. Room was clean. Nothing that was exceptional, but no major complaints either.

This is a place to keep in mind if you ever make the mistake of planning a stopover in Green Bay on a weekend where there is a home game. Besides being drastically less expensive than anything in town, and one of only two places with vacancies, it was a reasonably easy drive into the the city. The area is safe and the nearby Kwik Trip is a very convenient way station. The room was cramped in spots and the lack of an elevator is something to keep in mind if you need one. But the place was really quiet considering how manty people there were going to the game and the room was quite fine overall.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, working on some bathroom remodels so some materials were out front, area seemed ok, pool looked nice, breakfast was simple but good, could hear people walking around and doors slamming easily, bed was a bit hard. Overall, good stay!

Nice hotel for the price. Needs a few up dates. Great refrigerator and microwave in the room. Looks like they are starting some renovation. Good coffee in the lobby.

I was surprised that there wasn’t an elevator and definitely disappointed. The room was clean and the bed was firm, which I like. The breakfast was a waffle maker and some bread for toast and a few small unappetizing muffins. Of course there was a coffee machine that made decent coffee. The staff was pleasant and professional and I had no complaints there. In conclusion I was satisfied for the price but slightly disappointed given the 8.5 rating on Hotels.com. It was cleaner than some other hotels at the same price point but I would say 6-6.5 stars would have been a better representation of the overall experience. Nonetheless we appreciated the staff and the cleanliness and if we needed a room at that price point we would stay again, as long as it was on the first floor.

It’s the only hotel in Oconto. “Breakfast” was a counter full of cheap non-perishable crap. Cable didn’t work. If there was another hotel, I’d have stayed there.
