Disappointing Experience
We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it.
The staff was sooo undertrained and raw..
And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless
The lady staff at the reception was not prompt at her services..we as customers are sitting there at the reception desk and this lady staff is busy in her conversation...very very unprofessional
At the bar i ordered a veg funghi ala pizza...the menu said somthng else n whn it came.. i complained they said yes mam the ingredient was over... so its ur duty to come n ask whether we still want to place the order or not. You cannot just serve us anything.. very very irritating
And many more things which were defintly not to a great experience..
If this goes on like this. The name of Leelas will defntly drop down...
We have had great experince staying at Leelas palace at chennai... this Kovalam Leelas Raviz is nothing closer to the former one..
Please do look into these things to improvize the name of Leelas
