I’ve stayed here numerous times and like the establishment. Last night was different. Because I payed with Apple Pay, apparently the front desk couldn’t honor my reservation (without a physical card, which I don’t have - only my ID and other credit cards). I then had to wait in the lot for an hour while the front desk sorted it out with hotels.com.
Upon finally getting that sorted out, the room was very warm and wouldn’t cool down. I tried opening the window but there was extremely loud music blasting from the hotel’s own exterior speakers (I’d originally figured it was a car in the parking lot), so instead I just barely slept in a hot room, after having kind of lousy customer service upon entrance.
The room was otherwise clean, just painful check in process and uncomfortable noise/temp levels.
