Not a 5 Star Experience
I arrived at the hotel shortly before midnight, although I had already checked in online, I had to enter my e-mail address again and sign again. The room key was not prepared and they told me that my credit card was not working even though I had used it in the cab outside the hotel. The employees comment was: “Maybe you used it too often”. The walls in the hotel are very thin so you can hear guests walking in the rooms above you. The sink is only equipped with one ice cold and one super hot tap separately, so I had to mix the water in a glass to the right temperature. I was alone in the hotel, but I had to pay the rate for 2 people, I also had to pay for breakfast for 2 people. On my departure I had to leave the hotel very early and asked for a breakfast box and tea beforehand. The tea was prepared but no box. Hey guys, even if the pastries and croissants weren't ready yet, you could have given me yogurt and some fruit for breakfast on the way. This leaves a bitter aftertaste and the question of what you pay so much money for in this hotel? Definitely not a 5 star experience but the park around the hotel is beautiful. Once and never again...
