Worse place ever

The man lied about a shuttle bus… it was a regular van The pool was closed ( called a week before and three days before and told us it was open) The young guy with face tattoos was very rude and arrogant towards me and my friend. Never got fresh towels or our room cleaned ( we were there for three days) Only good thing was the free breakfast. That motel is in horrible conditions.

We enjoyed waking up to breakfast and not just muffin and coffee. The only problem we had was housekeeping never came to clean the room or have the courtesy to knock and ask. I had to call for tissue and towels. The front desk was polite and accommodating when I called. FYI the comforter had spots and need to be bleached and spots removed

The room I stayed had a weird smell, walls were very thin to where you can hear other people's conversations or at least their voices, there were a lot of weird noises like the Dryer, my ACs fan, whenever someone used the toilet there was a high pitched sound that would go off for 30 seconds, the toilet VERY noticable yellow stains, and although the bed was clean, I did notice I was scratching alot so I'm not sure what that was and thankfully I'm good. The pros were that the staff were nice, I did feel secure at night, and breakfast was okay. There's hot water and microwave/fridge. It was also very close to where I was going so that's a plus. However , I wouldn't try this again even it's for one night. For it to be where it is, they need to update their rooms.

Don’t plan RV parking here!

We booked here because There was RV PARKING. This is not good for Rv’s.! Once we pulled we were stuck bless we could back out into roadway with traffic. This would have been treacherous except for the help of maybe the Mananger. We explained the predicament and he offered to help us block traffic in the morning. He did come help us without us seeking hm out! Thank you so much! True customer Service!!!!
