The property is in an area of apartments and the roads have holes and the upkeep is overdue. The mattresses need to be replaced. But it’s a good location for amusement parks and the price is lower than many other options.

Satisfied.
It was definitely decent! We were able to rest comfortably and have what we needed since we were only there 3 nights and we are pretty neat ourselves. We did not NEED someone to clean or tidy up our 2 bedroom suite, as we don't mind straightening the beds ourselves, but it would have been a nice touch lol. After 2 to 3 days, we would've enjoyed being offered fresh towels and for someone to at least pass by to pick up the accumulated trash. On the bright side, the room had perfectly working A/C, a full and well-stocked kitchen, it was clean (as it even smelled a bit like Clorox), and had enough soap, shampoo, paper towel and toilet paper to last us the length of our stay. We'd likely be willing to stay again.

clean/comfortable but broken A/C
The place was neat and clean, comfortable bed and nice bathrooms but the A/C did not work. I called the front desk at 11:10PM and they sent maintenance right away which was impressive. He fixed the A/C but it only lasted for about 1/2hr. It stayed about 80 degrees which wasn't too bad but there are no fans in any of the rooms to move air. Made sleeping difficult. The only other issue is there could be more parking. Other than that the place was super clean and spacious. Could easily stay there multiple nights but we only needed it for one night. 2 bed/2 bath for what we paid was a very good deal. Just wished the A/C had worked.

Don't plan on sleeping. Uncomfortable!
On check in we were locked out of the room as the security top lock was on the door, with no one in the room. After about an hour of waiting the guy finally got the lock off the door. So right of the bat, bad experience. That is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on in a hotel. You sink in the middle and feel the coil springs. None of us could sleep on them. The black out curtains have huge gaps around the windows, so the street lights shine right in all night. Also people walking by can look right in your rooms. The master bathroom had no shower curtain, so we couldn't use the second bathroom to shower. The place didn't look anything like the pictures online. It looked like an old apartment. No usb plugs, heck barely any outlets. Old lamps and furniture. One night here was too many. I stay in Orlando all the time. I will not return here. Not worth the great price.
