We stayed for a short break in Paris and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were a really high quality and has so many useful amenities like a dishwasher, a hairdryer honestly everything you need. The apartment was large enough for two adults and two teenagers, and the area was relaxed and quiet which was perfect after long days in the centre of Paris. We’ll be back next time we visit Paris, that’s for a lovely stay!

A great choice with a good location

Everything about the experience was really nice - no complaints. Everything about the place itself was clean and in good working order. The front desk staff handled everything we needed regarding our stay quite well and with no problems. We did have a small issue concerning the bill and the front desk staff were not very helpful, but - when I spoke with the manager - she understood the issue and solved it very quickly and easily in a very professional manner. I would recommend staying here.

Excellent place for long (or short) stay with excellent facilities for the price. The rooms are good, and can feel more roomy when the bed is folded up. Kitchenette is well equipped for those who don't want to dine outside on a daily basis (although there are many restaurants within a short walking distance). Gym room, laundry, breakfast, snacks are on site.Capping the experience is a super friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing long weekend, the apartment was lovely- clean, spacious, modern and had all of the things we needed as a family to make our visit as easy as possible; the staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again & recommend. Safe underground car park too.

It's a great space and affordable but if you are wanting to spend most of your time in Paris central area, it will take time (and money) to get there and back (45 min to 1 hour one way- longer during traffic hours).

The room was tidy, but not clean. The floors were unswept, kithen sink smelled terrible, sheets had a bad odor, pillows smelled like somebody's sweat (which I had to remove from bed because of sweat smell), clothes from previous guest was in closet, TV did not work ( talked to management but didn't do anything), 2 machines in gym did not work, there were no clean towels in gym and no water cups, and requested housekeeping but didn't get any because my stay was only 4 days. Honestly, very disappointed with my stay and would not stay here again. During my stay, I even heard other guests complain about different items at reception, which speaks about the poor management of this place.

Overall, it was a decent experience.

The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, which was a major plus. The staff surprised my sister with a thoughtful birthday treat, including chocolates and decorations, which was a lovely gesture. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and ample cutlery was very convenient, making our stay even more comfortable. Having two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the common room, was a nice touch. The elevator was a great convenience, especially when carrying luggage. However, there were a few downsides. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and tended to slide, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the exhaust in the apartment was not clean, and the washer was out of order for the entire duration of our stay, which was inconvenient. Cleaning is scheduled once a week so our room was not cleaned the whole time thst we were there. The parking cost 15 euros per day, but there was a free parking option outside from 9 pm to 9 am, which was helpful. However, please be aware that there was construction noise from 8 am to 5 pm, which might disturb your mornings. The location was approximately a 20-minute drive from the Eiffel Tower, which was manageable. The reception desk, however, seemed to be consistently empty, which made it challenging to seek assistance at times. Unfortunately, breakfast was not offered upon check-in, so I cannot provide feedback

L'hôtel m'a demander de régler de nouveau la taxe de séjours de 42,25€ pour 5 nuitées. La plate forme Expédia m'a prevelé la même somme. L'hôtel m'a dit qu'Expedia normalement n'aurais pas du me l'a facturer. Total 85€, c'est malhonnêtes et je suis franchement déçue. Et également l'évacuation de la douche n'était pas propre, l'eau stagnante avec des particules de saleté. J'avais l'impression que le bac à douche allait casser sous mes pieds dans son milieux. Un soir quand j'ai pris ma douche il n'y avais plu d'eau froide, uniquement de l'eau très chaude, j'ai faillis me brûler. Heureusement ce n'est qu'une fois.

Schade!

Direkt vor der Nase eine Baustelle mit Lärm und Gestank. So bringt ein Balkon natürlich gar nichts! Auch die Aussicht wird in Zukunft von diesem Neubau stark beeinträchtigt sein. Parkplatz für einen Smart ist auch nicht hilfreich, insbesondere wenn zum voraus ein Parkplatz für ein Kombi-PW reserviert wurde. Die Hilfestellung des Receptionisten: War einfach nicht vorhanden, er könne auch nichts machen!
