Worst Hotel to Stay

We stayed July 22-25,2025 check in was terrible. Then I didn’t get the room I purchased I paid for 2 premium Rooms end up with 1 premium & 1 standard. And I called twice before our reservation to confirm that I wanted a connected room, didn’t get it. When we got there door would not lock until my son figured it out cause nobody was available till 7am in morning I had my children & my self so when I went to bed we were not safe but thanks to my son. Then tub was filling up when taking a shower and not going down gross had wait till morning for someone to fixs it. Then the sink broke. Then panel to the shower fell, broke off, wouldn’t stay. Then close to end of are stay the toilet would not flush. The phones in the room do not work. The tv barely worked most of the channels didn’t work and the Internet sucked it was slow. It was terrible stay. They definitely 100% need to upgrade and remodel that hotel. If anything happens in your room after 8 or 9, there’s no maintenance person on standby. The pool was disgusting couldn’t take my baby in there. If I missed anything you get the point.

Scenic Balcony View Room Renovations Needed

The hotel was ok. The view from the 5th-floor balcony was beautiful. Like the majority of the hotels and motels in Ocean City, this one needs a renovation and repairs to make it like new. The room was clean, no insects, and a nice-sized kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly so I had to clean it to my liking. The balcony door was off track and was so hard to close. My family and couldn't enjoy the balcony every day because of the door. We took our scenic pics and didn't open the balcony the rest of the trip. They like the access to the beach and the indoor pool. This is a family-friendly hotel, so if you do not like kids, then this is not the hotel for you.

A/C was broken but they fixed it. Needs a ton of TLC! Mold around caulk on tub. Elevator & hallways stifling hot! Just a really old building that needs maintenance!

Incredible & Fabulous vacation

Our stay was fabulous, the staff was amazing, location was wonderful. Near our favorites dunkin donuts & fractured prune donuts. Even got to experience a new bagel place (it was for us) Shimagel. The room was so clean & sooo big & spacious. Loved having a kitchenette with full size refrigerator & freezer& microwave The beds were so comfortable. Bathroom & shower were spacious. Balcony was incredible we could see the Bay & Ocean. Even got to see the beautiful sunset on the Bay. I would definitely would stay here again.

I wish they would upgrade this place!

Hotel is in a great location. Beds used to be better, but mattresses are worn out and you can feel the springs. The pullout couch mattress is absolutely unbearable to sleep in. TV’s could be upgraded so that all rooms can get apps like Netflix. The hotel can use some upgrades. Also, no AC what so ever in the hallways or elevators which is horrible until you get in your room. I’ve been staying in this hotel for years, might have to look for something different next year.

Disappointed

The AC was so loud and never adjusted to our setting, Had to turn off/turn on and when i asked for someone, they didn't show. Bathroom was in need of upgrade. The bathtub was concave and unsafe. No bars to assist you in and out and caulking was hanging out which will have big problems. Nothing to put your shampoo/conditioner on. Very disappointed considering the price.

Disappointed.

We were supposed to check in at 2pm as requested. Every hour from 2 o’clock, they kept telling us in an hour. We didn’t get to check in until after 6 PM. We were told we would get compensated for that first night that didn’t happen. Our shower curtain was nasty. Smelled like mildew. They did bring me another shower curtain. The water in the tub ran constantly maintenance came in to fix it. The maintenance crew was very nice. The air wasn’t working in the common area or the elevators. People were smoking on the balcony and smoking standing in front of the entrance of the hotel. Eewwww How’s this allowed? It should be a one star hotel. I will never stay there again.

Terrible stay.

Will never stay again. Got into our room and the toilet was clogged with poop in it. Took them 3 hours to have someone deal with it. Got clogged again the next day from pee, gave us the plunger to deal with it. Room door got stuck every-time it closed and we had to force the door open. Called and asked about a refund/partial refund and they denied any of it ever happening.

Disgusting

There was disgustinf stuff all over the walls is severely disgusting. There's mold almost everywhere (this will be reported) on the walls, furniture and the bathroom. The AC, remote, lamps and outlets did not work. When another person visited the front desk to report issues with her room (she was in no way what so ever rude) the manager was very rude about.

Good LLocation

We had a wonderful 5-day stay. The rooms need some updating (wallpaper is peeling off the wall near the ceiling, and the bathroom has some mold on the caulking around the bottom of the tub area. The Bathroom needs a vent for moisture.) Wifi is so slow and difficult to use. The location is close to the beach and excellent restaurants. Parking was ok, but tight for large trucks and SUVs.

Central location, but very busy

We had a good time, however the hotel was very busy, lots of younger groups, drinking, playing loud music in the balconies. The balconies are not private, so the parties all around us made it impossible for us to hangout on our balcony at night. The hotel was in a central location, we walked to dinner and dessert every night, but it was very busy.
