Unfortunately, did not meet the expectations of a 4-star property. On the positive side, the bed was quite comfortable, and the room’s basic utilities functioned well, i.e. the sink worked properly and the toilet drain functioned smoothly. The location is also convenient for grabbing essentials or a quick bite, with a 7-Eleven and local restaurants nearby, though it is quite a walk from the Wan Chai waterfront. Easy access to buses. Staffs are good. The overall experience fell short. The building is old and felt dirty, and security is a major concern as anyone from the street can access the elevators and reach any floor. Inside the room, the amenities felt unusually sparse for a 4-star hotel—standard toiletries and complimentary bottled water were not provided, which felt out of place. Noise from room next door can be heard. Also tried the breakfast, which was expensive given the very limited options and low effort in presentation. With its worn-out condition and lack of basic services, this property feels closer to a 2-star hotel than a 4-star one

Safe and quiet area in Wan Chai, very close to Causeway Bay , Happy Valley racetrack and admiralty. Other than location, i also chose this hotel because it has a bathtub. Great place if you plan to be out most of the time.

Room was basic, the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was not worth it. Don’t bother. Eating a cold box meal and calling it a breakfast was not acceptable. The only saving feature was the free shuttle service offered back to HK airport station.
