Bina otele benzemiyordu, bekleme salonu yoktu. Sanki bir apartman girişi gibiydi. Odalarda yataklar iki kişinin sığamayacğı şekildeydi ve rahatsızdı, formsuzdu. Banyolarda şampuan yoktu, herkes için yalnızca bir tane vücut havlusu vardı, saç havlusu yoktu. El yıkamak biz isteyince küçük sabun verdiler. Duşun su seviyesi ayarlanamıyordu. Yalnızca ayarlanmış şekilde kullanılabiliyordu. O otelde kaldığımıza pişman olduk. Otelden çıkacağımız gün valizlerimizi koymak için bizden para aldılar

Leider nicht empfehlenswert – einzig die Lage über

Wir haben fünf Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren insgesamt sehr enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft wirkt insgesamt vernachlässigt: Kein Internet, ein völlig durchgelegenes und unhygienisches Schlafsofa, und in all den Tagen wurde unser Zimmer nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt. Die benutzten Handtücher wurden zwar entfernt, aber es wurden keine frischen Handtücher bereitgestellt. Es wirkte, als ob der Betreiber versucht, alle laufenden Kosten auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren – zu Lasten der Gäste. Einziger Lichtblick: Eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin, die sich Mühe gab. Der Rest des Personals war zwar nicht unhöflich, aber offenbar machtlos oder desinteressiert. Selbst eine Beschwerde über Hotels.com blieb erfolglos, da das Hotel schlicht nicht auf Anfragen oder Beschwerden reagiert. Die Lage ist sehr gut, aber das kann die vielen Mängel leider nicht ausgleichen. Wir würden hier nicht noch einmal buchen

Convenient, clean and comfortable.

Great location/ kind and helpful staff- nice rooms, but old rug and sofa, needs a little updating but more importantly- clean beds and bathroom- and a small gym; those are my top preferences and this hotel had that. Not super quiet- but it is close to 34th street and that is a lively/touristy area. I loved the ease of getting around and to work. Not great for working in the room if you are big on remote working and zoom meetings. That said, I would stay here again.👍

The welcome we received from Johnny and his colleague was amazing best we have had in USA. The room was generous to NYC standard and the location is fabulous. The wifi did not work for the entire stay (nor did the TV) no ability to make a cuppa but a great little fridge. We would definitely stay again and compared to other same range hotels I stayed on this trip in NYC it was good value. Both the men whom helped with the luggage were great. G

Decent

They gave us a different room because they overbooked the hotel. But that was ok cuz it was a bigger room. The room only had one towel and one soap. Although the bed and bathroom were clean the walls and sofa definitely weren’t. The price was definitely high for the facilities, but it’s good in a pinch.

Poor service, outdated hotel

The service overall and the unwillingness of the staff to help with any requests was extremely disappointing. Our room was also very worn and the aging and dirt was clearly visible. Very outdated facilities. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, and there are MANY better options around Herald Square, so wouldn't recommend this hotel by any means. The attitude of the staff is terrible.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was shabby, we stayed on 17th floor, a lot of ceiling damage along the window side of room. NO toiletries, or hair dryer. The pullout bed had a damaged mattress, stuffing coming out and stained. I reported it and they brought a topper while we were out. Main bed was clean and comfortable. Not worth $500 !!!

Amazingly Convenient Location

Perfect location. Subway stations at each corner. Great service - Fast Elevator (IYKYK) - Helpful Staff Only complaint…couldn’t find a working phone number to call them in advance.

You get what you paid for.

We only stayed for a night but the bed was very comfortable with a city view. The room was clean with new sheets but the only thing is they never gave us any soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush. The other hotels I have stayed always had them in the bathroom and we didn’t have to ask for them. Good thing I packed some. Anyway, it’s a cheap hotel so I’m not even mad.

I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. It was dirty, unsafe, and simply terrifying. There were no towels, we tried to call and the phones don't work, we went to the desk to ask for towels and the attendant checked a FILING CABINET!! They then said they had no house keeping supplies. Do not stay here if you value your life.

I had to check in very late at night, I went right to bed. In the morning I realized there were no towels in my room. The room phone had designated buttons for various services, but would not connect to the front desk, to the cleaning, to the manager...to anything! The room had no coffee maker, not even any cups of any kind. I spoke to the nice fellow at the front desk and he told me the staff has been complaining to management for a very long time, they hear these kinds of complaints every day.

Looks nothing like the listing. Rooms looks dirty/unkept. We had no towels or even hot water to shower. Also you can hear EVERYTHING in happening in the halls. Most likely would not stay here again.
