Ótima localização. Vi algumas avaliações ruins sobre a entrada automatizada, confesso que me preocupou, entretanto, não tive problema algum para entrar no local. Basta ter internet que tá tudo certo. O que me decepcionou foi solicitar um taxi para o aeroporto pela manhã e ficar na mão. Tive que chamar Uber porque esperamos 15 min e ninguém apareceu.

The accommodation is very spacious for 3 of us. Toiletries were provided and I really appreciate the tray of coffee. tea, biscuits and spreads. Love the private courtyard from the bedroom. It rained during my stay so I did not enjoy the courtyard but it would be really nice to sit there when the weather is good.

The main problem with the Maisonette is the keyless access system. You need an internet connection and passcode on your phone in order to enter from the street, the front door and your room. No keys, no card, nobody present to assist you. This would probably have been fine if internet access was consistent. On more than a few occasions, we couldn't get past the street door due to a lack of internet access. It is because of this poorly executed system that I would never recommend the Maisonette. We came to Rome to enjoy a vacation, not to experience the anxiety created by a sketchy keyless entry. Sorry. Never agaiin.

Super war: Fantastisch gelegen, praktisch alles zu Fuss erreichbar (Vatikan, Kolosseum...), ganz in der Nähe des Platzes "Campo de Fiori" mit vielen Restaurants, Markt etc. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Check-in ohne Reception und das Ein-und ausgehen ohne Schlüssel hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Weniger gut war: Die Frottetücher, wie auch das Bettlaken hatten Flecken. Das Zimmer hatte ein Dachfenster, welches aber mit einer Art Folie zugedeckt war, wahrscheinlich als Sichtschutz. Das fehlen eines "normalen" Fensters gab uns ein etwas einengendes Gefühl.

I was locked out of the property because I couldn’t get a strong enough phone signal to work the digital key. I tried repeatedly to contact the host- messages unanswered and the phone numbers given didn’t work. I tried to get Expedia to help me and they were totally unhelpful. I finally got an Italian from the shop next door and he used his phone to get me in

Great possibilities - with significant key issues
This hotel could be a great little find in Rome if they could fix their key issues. The hotel is well located, well priced and is comfortable in space. The problem is that they are using a tricky key system that requires working internet and a phone - and doesn't always work even if you have both of those things working. In addition, the phone #s that they provided if you needed assistance were non-working #s. Twice we got into the building because someone with an actual key was going into another part of the building. The entry issues can be very stressful when you are unable to open the hotel door at almost midnight with your passports locked in the safe in your room.

Location is perfect, a few step from the bridge that will lead you the Trastevere area where you will find great restaurant. the rooms are cute, you have a nice common rooftop area on two floors. Walking distance to all the attractions. Easy check in!! Great stay!

Great value room, no parking. Entrance dodgy.
The room itself was great. Fireplace was dusty but everything else was clean. The outside area overlooks another outdoor area but there was no one there while we visited. The entrance hallway was not nice at all. It was full of bins and floor was uneven with holes in the walls. We were quite concerned about where we were staying until we reached the entrance to the actual complex. Didn’t see any other people while we were there. The promised parking was non existent and no details were provided as promised. There was no communication until check in time and then it was only regarding the room nothing about parking or the discounts promised. However, given how narrow the streets were I was glad we didn’t attempt to park closer to the hotel. Beds were comfortable, air con worked great. All in all it was fab value for money.

Great location, kind staff and things were clean. Some structural issues and accessibility issues with new code system on doors to get in and out of the building. Not many staff available on site so be prepared for independent use. Otherwise good stay!
