I have stayed here three times before. My daughter attends Vanderbilt University. Today, upon entering the front desk, woman was rude. She asked me to insert my credit card and I said I’ve paid for the room and I’ve shown you my ID. She replied: This is for valet parking. I said the thrice times I have been here. I parked my own car. She stated.: We don’t do that anymore. So I had to carry my bags and my son carried his back out to wait 20 minutes for the valet to show up. He was kind, but it took another seven minutes for him to take down information. We were tired. We’ve been on the road for over 18 hours. We had to carry our bags up the steps and over to the elevator. This probably would not have been a problem had been graded with a smile. Explained why Being charged for valet and the fact that the valet person was not available when we arrived. Also, the TV Which is never been a problem I cannot access the movies which I am required to rent. When I returned from having dinner with my daughter this evening, I walked in front desk, person sitting there no one else around and not even greeting. Why am I going to call down and report that I have a system message and I can’t watch TV.
