lobby was messy and after arriving we found out that you have to pay for breakfast which is normally included with the stay.
Parking was my issue. It is offsite parking and is not owned by the Holiday Inn. The parking staff was rude, and even spoke in spanish saying thing like we park Rolls Royces and my car is nothing. Also in spanish stating I dont tip which is false. Tips are a reward of good service. Smile, be curtious, and accomidation not rude
