First, we were given the wrong room we waited in that room until the clerk came up and delivered a new card for the correct room.Then the pool and jacuzzi were closed when we went down to use it. I spoke to the front desk clerk to request a 2 hour late chechout so we could use the pool the next day, He said he needed to speak to the manager and would call me a back in a few minutes. I never received a call back.
I missed my husband's birthday and valentine day due to a death in my family. My husband and I were separated for 2 weeks during this time.This was suppose to make up for that.I would like a refund or credit room upgrade. We were there for the hot tub and the pool. Our celebration was very much altered. Thank you,
