Worst Best Western
The smell in the hallway was horrible. Someone was smoking pot and the smell wouldn't go away. Our rooms had a musky smell. We went for breakfast at 7am they ran out of food and it took over a half hour before they started filling it. Would not go back. Worst Best Western I have been too.

This is a modern and clean hotel. Location was near airport and they provided free shuttle. great for 1-2nights to get access to airport but NOT for vacay.

Review of our stay at: Best Western Houston Bush
The most import observation is about the very poor breakfast. There is no you hurt, for example, fruits, machines for hot cofffe, chocolate or even water to make a tea. Another observation: 3 people in the room imagine the situation with just on toilet papar. Essencialy lacks GENEROSITY. Compare with Holliday Inn hotels!

Convenient for the airpport. Room was adequate. New pillows would have improved the sleep experience. Never saw any staff except for the gentleman who checked us in. Breakfast choices were poor with no fruit and a lack of choice.

Positives: Nicely renovated and clean hotel, about 15 min from IAH airport. Very large room ( kind bed room), lots of TV channels. Free airport shuttle( you have to call the hotel to send it). I liked that there were no carpets in the room and the new window shutters. Negatives: Bed was comfortable, but the pillows are awful. They need to change them. Also, the noisiest Ac/ heater I have ever experienced . I could not even hear the TV with it turned on. Lucky me the room got warm really fast, to be able to switch it off and sleep. Not sure if other rooms have this issue. Also, they should switch the powder coffee creamer you provide in the room with real cream . Very polite receptionists and very efficient. I would stay here again.

Booked for 24 hr shuttle
Renovated hotel, no carpet. Yeah! Know rooms are clean by weird odour not found in hallway. Hotel rate pulled down by shuttle process. On arrival, need to call, but many international visitors don’t have data. Shuttle was not in right spot thanks to IAH mayhem. Took 50 minutes to reach hotel. Quick checkin. Booked morning shuttle for 6:30 but it arrived at 6:10 while trying to drink coffee. Had to wait long time at next hotel. Will try somewhere else next time
