Honestly, this hotel has no real advantages — not even the location made up for the rest.
I had booked a double room, but was given a room with three single beds squeezed in, leaving almost no space to move. At first, they gave me a room without a window, which I refused. Only after some discussion did they “manage” to offer me a room with a window — as if that were a luxury.
The room itself was extremely basic, even borderline unacceptable. The bathroom was poorly maintained, and the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The soundproofing is terrible — you can hear absolutely everything, and the place feels chaotic and noisy.
The breakfast was a disaster — almost nothing to eat, and certainly nothing enjoyable.
To be fair, the staff were friendly — probably the only positive point worth mentioning. Otherwise, this place feels more like a very basic stop near Machu Picchu than a hotel offering any real comfort.
In short, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all — unless you truly have no other options.
