Thank you so much
Booked this for proximity to the Grand Egyptian museum and the pyramids. Room was upgraded which was lovely, but the thing that’s got the 5 stars is how amazing all the staff were, especially Alec. Also breakfast was unbelievable, way too much for me to eat, but I took the falafels and fruit with me both days for lunch. We will be back when the GEM opened the rest of the galleries, and I would book again. The roof terrace is fab.

We cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. The area around the hotel was under construction so that added some noise and mess to the area, but it felt very safe and I would absolutely stay there again

We were extremely impressed and grateful for all of the assistance and attention provided by the staff. Wael, Karam and Dahlia were exceptional with their help. Ashraf was an amazing driver and highly recommended if there is a need to travel around the city. Alladin was a great guide of the Pyramids as well. Book your excursions through the hotel and you will not go wrong. You will need transportation though as not much public transportation is around. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to anyone interested in a visit to the Pyramids and a Nile River cruise.

The property is located in a unique location directly in front of the Grand Egyptian Museum , really had a wonderful stay in this place .Staff was always very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and the food was good. The front desk was very helpful setting up daily activities and tours.

This place has everything anyone can ask for, location, cleanliness, service, food, views and local recommendations. The city is doing some renovations and some street work, but if you can heat past that, once you're in the hotel, everything is amazing. Room was very nice and the staff was incredibly friendly and will do anything for you! The block the hotel is located on is in a major renovation/development, including parts of the building the hotel is in. That was a little bit of a shock to me when I arrived but I adjusted and all was well. Just be prepared for area around the hotel to be a little run down and noisy as it’s very close to major roads. Uber is very convenient and once you get the hang of things it’s a great place to stay!

If we just rated the people and their service, they would rate a 5 star. However, their web site said we could walk to attractions nearby and that really wasn't possjble or safe. Lots of contruction everywhere around our room and floor. This didnt cause noise at all so that was wonderful, thank goodness. Someday when their contruction is complete and the New Museum is fully open, this hotel will be a star 5 all around for sure. Keep up your great service. That is what is your best selling feature.
