Extremely small rooms
The rooms were extremely small. If i was at the end of the bed, no one can pass you to get to other side. You literally have to walk by bathroom to let someone pass. The bathroom is the only place you can walk normal even though it was small. Walking around the room which was literally just the bed, you had to walk side ways

Elevator annoyance
The hotel is great and even though it's just off Times Square the noise was good. The elevator situation is a nightmare. Almost every time I needed the elevator it was a 15-20 min wait. Often the elevators would be so full that you would need to wait for 3 or5 elevators to pass before you could get on. Everything else was terrific.

Localização muito boa!
O hotel tem uma localização ótima, na Times Square. Oferece café da manhã, mas o café da manhã é tão lotado que é impossível de sentar e comer algo. O serviço de limpeza, deixa a desejar, em 4 dias de estadia, um dia trocaram as toalhas. A equipe de front desk nada prestativa. Os elevadores não atendem a demanda de pessoas nos horários do café da manhã e final do dia, vc precisa esperar muito para conseguir descer/subir. Somente a localização valeu a pena

Functional, Not Comfortable
The word that comes to mind is "rigid" ... I'd stay here again, but the towels and linens were very hard/tough/rough. The room was functional, but not very comfortable

Weekend with my daughter
Overall, it was a good experience. It was close to everything that we had hoped to do while in NYC. As others said previously the elevators, during the rush times were slow and could be irritating. If you planned ahead and got to them before or after the rush it was perfect.

Pick a floor you can take the stairs to.
The hotel is in an excellent location, and all the staff were friendly and helpful, but the building itself does not have the infrastructure to support the number of guests it services. Even at 6:30 am in the off-season it was often difficult to find a seat at breakfast. There aren't enough elevators to handle the morning check-out and breakfast rushes or the evening/afternoon check in times. The lobby is an absolute cluster during those periods and the frustrating programming for the elevators meant that after waiting 15 minutes to go up, the elevator would sometimes go to the basement after the lobby and reset all the floors people had selected, going up to whatever floor last called the elevator to go down, causing the whole process to start over again. Often while going down you would wait 10-15 minutes and then be met with a completely full elevator so you had to try all over again. It was also hot as hell in the building and we had to leave the window open for the entire stay, luckily it was winter. The room itself was small but perfectly fine, however due to the overcrowding issues I would only stay here again if it was the cheapest option for the location by a significant margin.

Atendimento e conforto excelente
Chegamos antes do horário do check in e fomos muito bem recebidos. O hotel tem um sistema descomplicado de deixar a bagagem e assim conseguimos aproveitar o tempo na cidade. Eles oferecem café o dia todo e foi ótimo para esquentar no inverno de NY.
