Spent 8 days and my wife and I were very happy with our choice. The room was clean,bed comfortable. It was a cute, well appointed living space. The location was perfect, close to the beach. Singer Island is a nice, quiet place. A great spot to relax. We highly recommend this place if you are thinking of staying on Singer Island.

We stayed for one night and it far exceeded expectations. The room itself was very clean and well kept with nice touches everywhere. For example, there is a little flag outside your door that shows where you are from and it is fun seeing how far folks have traveled. Owner is also very friendly and accomodating. Can't recommend this place enough if you are traveling to the area.

My stay was simply amazing! 5 Stars all around. Every detail was in place, even my home state flag was displayed in a planter right outside my unit! The attention to detail in the unit and the amenities was top notch. Great quiet location, yet a short walk to all the entertainment and dining. The beach and inlet is 1 1/2 blocks away with the property offering free beach equipment. They also offer free bikes to use to explore the area. Having a pool on the property, was a great relief from the heat! The owner Marie is very accommodating to all requests. When I come back to Singer Island, I will definitely rebook at Fernando Flats. You get so much for the best price in town!

I absolutely loved this place. I travel frequently and her attention to detail was incredible. I am a solo female traveler and I felt incredibly safe. It’s a three minute walk to the beach. I used an umbrella and a bike that were available to use. Small, quaint, mid century vibe but updated . Coffee was AWESOME!!!!

My stay at Fernando Flats was delightful. The little apartment felt like home, due to the artsy decor, comfortable bed, and even ground coffee in a kitchen canister. It was also immaculate. We were totally happy with our first stay. The room was bright, spacious and clean. Maria left us complete instructions for everything. I can confirm a mere 4 minute walk to the beach! I had a question a few days before our stay, on a Sunday, I called the number listed and was pleasantly surprised as Maria took the call and answered all my questions. We hope to return soon!

What a great place to stay for being close to the beach and inlet. The apartment itself was lovely but does need doing up a bit. Cracks in the ceiling, walls and door but this didn’t spoil the time the time we had there. Loads of places to get to by foot or bike (provided) though we didn’t use them. I would definitely stay here again.
