Overall a great spot to stay if you want to go to Disney or Universal, your about halfway between the two. The rooms are recently refurbished and in good condition. About what you would expect from this price class. Has a pool and hot tub, gym and shuttles to Epcot. Good amount of parking (additional fee). Each suite has a kitchenette, couch, dining table, a large living room, decent bathroom with good pressure and hot water. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend if your either looking for a spot or planning a vacation to the Orlando area.

Our AC also wasn’t working, and even though I reported it to the receptionist, it was never fixed. Terrible Hotel! Go somewhere else! The property was run down and falling apart. The shuttle for theme parks was once a day and the pick up was 3 hours after the park closed. The shuttle was the only reason we chose this hotel. The staff was so very rude, except the manager. The elevator broke 4 times. Jacuzzi didn't work. Property was filthy! trash in the halls and lobby. Refrigerator broke and no one fixed it for over 3 days, all of our food went bad. I would never recommend or go back. I feel this hotel put a damper on my vacation.

This was a terrible experience from the start. The hotel didn't recognize my reservation saying that it was under someone else's name even when I showed them the printed confirmation. The hotel felt neglected. Trash was piled up in the hallways for more than a day, room was cleaned every other day, the fridge in the room stopped working and all my food ended up spoiled. It didn't feel like it was a Hilton chain hotel. Breakfast service almost never had black tea.
