Would stay again.
Very good experience. The front desk staff were amazing and main reason for high overall score. Also unlike some hotels with indoor pools, water wasn't freezing cold (though not very warm either.) Bed was somewhat hard and pillows insufficiently firm.

Not do good
It was difficult to identify the employee; they had no uniform or name tags. Our room was not clean to any standard. Trash and human hair were found in our beds and blankets. We requested new ones. The bathroom was dirty, with old soap residue on the bathtub and dish soap. The carpet was not vacuumed properly. The hotel does not have an ATM, nor does the desk have cash on hand.

Great place to stay. My only complaint was when my son when to go swimming, an employee was outside smoking with the door to the pool propped open. It was 32° outside. Needless to say, he decided not to swim. Which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.

There were hairs on the sink counter, hand smudges on the full length mirror, and it looked like spots on the bedding. Headboard looked like someone took a knife to it and tore it up on one side, side light on headboard didn’t work on the same side, privacy lock didn’t seem to work well either. Didn’t feel confident that it was locking properly so had to put a chair in front of the door to feel comfortable enough to sleep.
