When we booked this hotel, we just needed a place to stay for two nights as we were flying in to attend a nearby wedding. I've booked hundreds of hotels through Expedia and have never had any issues with checking in. However, this hotel made us wait for an hour at midnight to confirm that Expedia had transferred the payment to their bank account. As I mentioned, we didn’t have high expectations, but we certainly didn’t expect the check-in process to be so frustrating and degrading. Overall, the hotel is rundown and poorly maintained. Without a doubt, this is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at, especially considering the price they charged us. If I’m ever in West Bend again and this is the only place to stay, I’d rather sleep in the car or find a hotel in another town.
