The room was large with a kitchenette and a separate lounge area, was supervised by it size. Is located in a good area with easy access to the metro and walking distance to everything, lots of restaurants. Reception is available 24/7 which was great for those coming early or late. Very well located very close to Gran Via. Staff very friendly and kind, always ready to help. My room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This can be an issue for some people. Room are not isolated at all. I could hear people in the rooms next to mine, in the stair case, the corridor and people walking over my head. It was not easy to fall asleep,

The room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of hangers and hanging space. The towels were changed every day. The reception staff were were friendly and helpful which was very good seeing as there is no lift and a lot of stairs to lift our heavy suitcase but they were quick to help us up and down and there was a little handwritten note handed to us when we left thanking us for our stay. Another bonus was that they had somewhere to store luggage as we had a late flight. The hotel is centrally situated off the main Gran Via

NO elevator....which I did read on the reviews But didn't know exactly many flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. Could live with that. Found out in morning there was no hot water. Reported to front desk. They let us take a shower in the room next door. Came back that night and still no hot water but could not use another room Next day moved us. Bigger room..nice but hot water lasted less than a minute. They did comp us for one night. Would not go back
